Which KPIs actually prove impact to leadership?
Despite a decade-long discussion, no true standards exist to measure the value and impact of Medical Affairs beyond quantity (number of MSL interactions, number of publications). Capturing clinical adoption and the closing of care gaps remains elusive for most companies.
